The BIHUI electric tile cutter, (auto), cut up to 1600mm is a high-speed electric tile cutter for machining ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and natural stone, which gives a clean cut at the quality level of a "factory edge". The tile cutter has a system of automatic movement of the working head (carriage), a powerful high-speed motor 3000W/12000 rpm and the possibility of fitting a cutting disc with a diameter of up to 135mm. The wet cutter has a green laser pointer for precise marking. The tile cutter can perform two operations in one pass: cutting and edge machining with a chamfering disc, in order to get rid even of the micro-chips that remain after cutting and to obtain factory-edge quality without the additional need to finish the tile with "turtles". An important condition: The thickness of the tile being machined depends directly on the diameter of the chamfering disc fitted. For example, for a 85 mm disc a slab of at least 18 mm thickness is required - otherwise the cutting edge of the disc does not touch the surface of the slab; if your tile is thinner, simply place an additional base under it (for example another tile or a flat strip) - this will raise the workpiece to the height needed for correct operation.
