The DISTAR TURBO SUPER MAX diamond wheel is the fastest tool for working with concrete. It provides the softest possible cut and high productivity when processing reinforced concrete. It is used both for cutting standard concrete products and for highly reinforced concrete. It guarantees high speed of operation, fast passage of fittings and a sufficiently large resource.
It is presented in one variation by 232 millimeters in diameter, with a diamond layer height of 15 mm. It is used on standard USMS with a power of 2.5 kW and a frequency of up to 6.5 thousand revolutions per minute.
When tested on concrete of the M400 brand, it showed a working speed of up to 0.62 meters per minute, with a service life of 125 linear meters with 12 mm rebar in the amount of 6 pieces per 1 m.
