The milling cutter nut is a ceramic edge of excellent quality in a matter of seconds.

An innovative, patented product. The milling cutter nut is screwed onto the spindle of the angle grinder, clamping the cutting diamond disc instead of the usual nut. The diamond-bearing layer on the end surface of the nut turns it into a full-fledged diamond milling cutter.

This scheme allows you to sand the edge of ceramic tiles immediately after cutting. This makes the process incredibly convenient and productive.

It works effectively with both ceramic wall tiles and durable porcelain tiles.

The milling cutter is made in two versions:

-with a large grain of 60/70 – for rough grinding, removal of a large volume of material.

-with 100/80 grain for fine finishing work.

It is used on 125 angle grinders with a rotation speed of 11,000 rpm without cooling.

The milling cutter nut has an M14 mounting thread for screwing on the screw rod. The diamond-bearing layer has an entrance chamfer for smooth cutting into the material.
