Almost all polishing wheels on the market are designed for granite grinding using cooling. Often, craftsmen use these circles for the dry treatment of porcelain stoneware on the ear. Because of this, rapid "salting" and blunting of diamond grains occurs – the processing speed decreases, chips appear, and the edge quality decreases.

CoolPAD polishing wheels are specially designed for dry grinding of ceramics, porcelain stoneware on the ear. The composition of the diamond-bearing layer ensures a consistently high processing speed, which ensures the best surface quality. You can touch the glaze of the tile without fear of damaging the edge. The profile of the layer in the form of an "evolvent" effectively removes sludge from the grinding area. Due to these properties, one circle number replaces three polishers of different grain sizes. For example, #1 replaces grains 30, 60, 120., #2 – 120, 200, 400., #3 – 400, 800, 1000. It's very convenient! Before the first use, the working surface of the circle must be opened with an abrasive material.

Polishing wheels are made with an outer diameter of 100 mm with three processing quality numbers: #1, #2, #3.
