Hard Ceramics Advanced - a disc for high-speed cutting of porcelain stoneware, hard ceramics.

Manufacturers of ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware are constantly working to improve frost resistance, wear resistance, and increase thickness. Porcelain stoneware tiles with a thickness of 20 mm and above are becoming increasingly popular. Such changes lead to a decrease in workability and ordinary diamond discs do not always cope with the task.

The HARD CERAMICS ADVANCED diamond disc is specially designed for cutting thick and durable porcelain stoneware. The diamond-bearing layer of the disc includes graphite chips, which create a microporous structure and act as a solid lubricant. The diamond-bearing layer is subject to laser segmentation, reducing the impact of thermal loads on the disc.
