The DISTAR 1A1R ESTHETE diamond disc is used for cutting ceramic materials with decorative coatings.
Equipped with an ultra-thin diamond-bearing layer of 1.1 mm, which allows cutting tiles even with a soft glazed coating.
The diamond-bearing layer is equipped with fine diamond grain. The disc makes such a clean cut that in most cases it can even replace a tile cutting machine.
The disc is available in two variations on the market, with a diameter of 125 and 115 mm, which makes it possible to use it on any angle grinder models with a standard mounting mount.
The new design of the disc with the effect of a 'transparent body in the cut' allows you to control the cutting line.
The disc body, reinforced with a flange, ensures confident cutting of hard ceramic tiles.
Laser segmentation provides effective cooling of the cutting layer.
