The BIHUI electric cutting system for large-format tiles 5 generation WITHOUT a guide rail. Specially designed for cutting any type of ceramic tile, natural and artificial stone (for example porcelain stoneware, marble, quartz agglomerate). Precise cutting is guaranteed by the high manufacturing quality of the carriage, the aluminium guide rails with built-in steel chassis and their connection system. The system includes all the elements needed for cutting it. It is possible to buy an additional guide rail and increase the cutting length. Direct connection to a vacuum cleaner Ø32mm. The kit includes an adapter for vacuum cleaners of other brands (Ø37, 42 and 50 mm). The cutting unit is height-adjustable and tilts from 0° to 50°. The cutting thickness depends on the disc diameter (maximum Ø125mm). The tile cutter has a lockable switch which prevents accidental start-up. The disc guard with a quick-closing system makes disc replacement easier and reduces the emission of material particles. The pendulum guard when cutting at an angle reduces the emission of material particles and improves dust extraction. It is possible to purchase an additional water cooling system kit which is installed into the standard sockets on the tile cutter body.
