APPLICATION

Designed for thin-layer leveling of interior walls and ceilings under normal humidity conditions. Suitable for application on gypsum, concrete, lime, cement-lime, cement- sand substrates, as well as gypsum plasterboard, and gypsum-fiber panels, and surfaces coated with coarse-grained plaster. Provides a perfectly smooth surface that serves as a reliable base forfinal finishing works — painting, wallpapering, or applying decorative coatings.Eco-friendly, does not contain dangerous or harmful substances.

BASE PREPARATION

The substrate must be cleaned from dirt, dust, greaseand paint residues, as well as any peeling elements. Before starting the work, if necessary, the substrate must be treated with “Grunt Acrylic Formula” primer. The substrate must have sufficient load-bearing capacity. Deformable framework-type substrates (walls, partitions, etc.) made of gypsum plasterboard and gypsum fiber board must have high rigidity.

MIX PREPARATION

Gradually add 1 kg of dry mix into 0.45-0.5 L of clean water and mix with a mixer until a homogeneous, lump-free mass is obtained. After 5 minutes, mix the the prepared mixture again for 1 minute — after which it is ready for use. For filling cracks and holes, the amount of water should be reduced, while for layer application use the standard ratio. Recommended layer thickness for complete surface leveling — 0.1–3 mm, and for partial leveling — 0.1–5 mm. Consumption: 1.1 kg of the mixture is sufficient to cover 1 m² of surface with a 1 mm thick layer. The pot life of the prepared mixture is 100 minutes.

EXECUTION OF WORK

Apply the prepared mixture onto to the pre-prepared surface using a spatula. For larger cracks or holes, fill with putty and level with a wide metal spatula. Smooth the surface with a sponge or cloth. Final finishing should be done with sandpaper after the surface has completely dried.

SAFETY MEASURES AND STORAGE

Store bags of dry mixture covered in dry, well-ventilated,rooms, ensuring the integrity of the packaging and protection against moisture. Shelf life in original packaging12 months from the manufacturing date, at temperatures between -30°C- +40°C and relative humidity up to 75% under proper storage and transportation conditions.During work, protective gloves, goggles, and respiratory protective equipment must be used. Avoid contact of the mixture with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Keep out of reach of children!
